Coaching is less about telling you what to do and more about you learning about yourself and deepening your insights. Where are you stuck, why are you stuck, what do we need to explore? We all have our blind spots.

I’m a Registered Nurse, Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Certified Food Addiction Coach. I believe that both nursing and coaching have commonalities; the foundation of both is to provide care and support. Although the approach and training are quite different, they’re both helping professions. This is what I love most about both.
When hospitalized, a person needs acute care, especially in the ICU, where I spent most of my nursing career.
As a health and wellness coach, the support and skillset is quite different. I view wellness coaching as a front-end approach. As coaches, we empower our clients through self-learning, exploration, and encouragement, identifying barriers to creating a sustainable healthy lifestyle.
Individual Coaching
Online sessions centered around the topic you choose. Every session is client-led; I’m here to help you set priorities, explore solutions, and set goals to keep you working toward the person you want to be. Typically, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.
