A healthier relationship with food is possible

Food is necessary; stress about it isn’t.

Overthinking about each meal.

Unhealthy behaviors after indulging.

Stress over a lack of control.

Do any of these sound familiar?

Our inner thoughts and past experiences play a significant role in our relationship with food. Coaching, though, can help untwist those thoughts and experiences into a wellness vision with long and short-term goals. Our coaching relationship begins with a visioning session where we explore where you are now and where you want to go in the future and create a long-term goal. Then in our weekly or bi-weekly sessions, we break that down into short-term goals that are relevant and attainable.

I’m excited to talk more with you about how you want to evolve your relationship with food. You can schedule a free consultation to learn more by clicking below.

*Note: While I’m trained in health and wellness around food psychology, I am not a licensed therapist or doctor. I provide coaching services around food and can refer out if additional mental health support is needed, or I can work with your existing provider as a part of our coaching relationship.
